Country Gateways

Development Gateway Foundation partners with a network of nearly 50 Country Gateways, which we helped established. They are locally owned entities providing Web-related services for development. Each has its own programs and they also help implement Development Gateway Foundation programs at the local level.

Local Services for Local Development Needs

All Country Gateways manage their own Web sites focused on local and national development. A growing number of them also provide other services for areas such as e-government, small enterprise support, e-learning, e-health, online community-building, and more.

Increasingly, Country Gateways are providing offline services too, such as consulting, website design, hosting and implementation, application service provision, project management, and e-procurement activities.
