Morocco
Tanmia, the Moroccan Country Gateway, provides services to citizens, NGOs, and other development stakeholders. Citizens use Tanmia’s Web site to exchange knowledge and ideas on a different topic each month, as well as for general information about Morocco and its government. NGOs can get a kit to set up and maintain Web sites for a small fee, as well as free e-mail boxes. Tanmia is a collaboration of Morocco Trade and Development Services and AMSED (L'Association Marocaine de Solidarite et Développement).

Palestinian Territory
The Palestinian Gateway Portal provides development information, links to business opportunities, online communities, an NGO portal, and other services to facilitate social and economic development. Offline services include project management and consulting related to technology, content, and the implementation of ICT projects, such as for the Local Aid Coordination Committee and Al-Quds Open University Academic Portal. It is a nonprofit organization with local and international partners.
