Development Gateway Foundation is not currently accepting grant proposals under the E-government Grants Program. This may change in future, depending on funding availability.
In 2004, Development Gateway Foundation received expressions of interest for 70 projects from 55 countries, indicating a clear demand for this type of program. These project proposals were evaluated based on criteria such as: project characteristics, expected impact, demonstrated support, commitment, demonstrated capacity and management effectiveness, scalability, sustainability and replicability, integration with national ICT and e-government strategies and compatibility with national poverty reduction strategies.
